A special Thank you to our guest Dr. Pat Fahey Bacon from Minnesota who spoke about  “Incivility in Nursing Education: Breaking the cycle that threatens the profession of Nursing”.接下来是由培根博士主持的小组活动。

午餐后，Kim Mitchell、Deb Gural、Tom Harrigan、Cathy Baxter、Tracey Fallak 和主持人 Winn Briscoe 举行了一场关于护理教育研究中的道德考虑的小组演讲，随后由 RRC 研究道德委员会的 George Allan 进行了演讲。

Later, in the afternoon, members of the Nursing Department learned about Ecoliteracy and it’s relevance to undergraduate nursing education from faculty member Jennifer Otto. Next, results of the Incivility Survey Pilot Project by the Nursing Dept’s Research and Scholarship Committee (Winn Briscoe, Kim Mitchell and Tom Harrigan) were shared.这项调查是针对课堂、实验室、临床领域的学生和教师进行的。  与临床/技能实验室相比，学生在课堂上的不文明行为得分更高，经过分析，这可能有几个因素。据报道，与医疗单位相关的学生比在更严重领域的学生更不礼貌。农村学生的得分最低，报告的不礼貌行为也最少。这也可能产生多种影响。
