Staying Compliant with Your Study Permit Conditions

作为学习许可持有者，您must满足几个条件。如果您不满足这些条件，您可能会失去学生身份和学习许可。您可能还必须离开加拿大。

作为学习许可持有者，您必须:

  • 就读于 (DLI) 除非您获得豁免
  • show you’re actively pursuing your studies, unless you’re exempt, by

    • making progress toward completing your program’s courses, 和

  • 随时告诉 IRCC
  • end your studies if you no longer meet the requirements of being a student, 和
  • leave Canada when your permit expires
  • You may also have other conditions listed on your study permit.您必须遵守这些条件。
